I’ve got no time for individuals that eat like pigs and then search for magic pills, diets and programs. If you eat too much, you will end up fat no mater what. And i am not especially slim but I actually do run and feel healthy, without feeling hungry all the time. Get a grip people!

Cutting carbs is definitely what helps you lose weight especially sugars. I can’t stand when I see someone “dieting” and they are eating something low fat, but it has tons of carbs instead.
