Cutting carbs is definitely what helps you lose weight especially sugars. I can&#039;t stand when I see someone &quot;dieting&quot; and they are eating something low fat, but it has tons of carbs instead.

Fat doesn&#039;t make you fat! Carbs do. You eat a lot of simple carbs and it will spike your insulin levels signaling your body to store fat.

I&#039;ve lost more weight than anything I&#039;ve tried on a Keto type diet which you eat high fat, high protein, and very very low carb.</description>

And i am not especially slim but I actually do run and feel healthy, without feeling hungry all the time. Get a grip people!</description>

		<description>Very interesting article. I can attest that when when I was younger, losing weight was a breeze. I&#039;d go on a low carb diet and drop a pound a day! Now I&#039;m lucky if I drop a pound a month :(</description>

		<description>Some great tips!  Especially the muscle mass, often overlooked by so many.  A good way to gain muscle while also burning fat is the EDT system (Escalating Density Training).  

Also, getting a good slow digesting protein before bed is a good idea, especially if your hungry late a night.  Helps keep your metabolism ticking along nicely as you sleep.
